  • All in stock orders will be shipped within 3 days via FedEx. However, part or all of your order could take longer to ship depending on availability. Standard delivery for in stock items should arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 1:00 pm EST. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be processed the following non-holiday weekday.
  • Delivery deadlines apply to in stock items and exclude back ordered items and personalized items.
  • We are not able to ship to PO boxes
  • Signature required for delivery

Please note that our offices are closed on the following holidays. We do not ship on these days: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Return Policy

All match pewter is cast or spun, and finished by hand in Northern Italy. Slight variances that may occur during production and the hand finishing process are characteristic of our pewter and do not constitute defects or sufficient grounds for return.

Please note: No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from match. Please see the instructions below for obtaining a Return Authorization.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from match1995.com, match will be happy to offer a full merchandise refund on returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will be approved based on the original order placed online.

  • match must be notified of shipping damages within ten days of receipt of shipment.
  • All damage return shipping charges will be paid by match only if damages are reported within 10 days.
  • Return shipping charges for refund, exchange or credit returns will be paid by the customer.
  • match cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom engraved.
  • Items received as a gift, that are accompanied by a match gift receipt or packing list can may be exchanged for product only. All requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Exchanges will be made based on the cost of the item at the time of purchase.
  • Return shipping charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer.
  • Product damaged by improper usage is not eligible for return, refund or replacement.
  • Product broken during use, is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
  • Please contact match to find out if your broken product is eligible for replacement at a reduced cost. For example: match ceramic dinnerware, crystal stemware and barware.

returning damaged, defective or mis-shipped items

If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact returns@match1995.com within 10 days of receipt or, contact match customer service at 201 792 5444, Monday-Friday, 9-5 Eastern.

Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting match at returns@match1995.com, or by contacting match customer service at 201 792 5444, Monday–Friday, 9-5 Eastern. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from match.

  • Please write the Return Authorization number (RA) on the outside of the return package. Packages without the RA number on the exterior will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Items must be insured for full value through the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS).
  • Items must be packed with sufficient packing material to prevent damage or breakage in transit.
  • The cost of return shipping charges and insurance is the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by match.
  • Please allow at least 10 business days for match to process your return.
  • match cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom engraved.

Please note: Items purchased from our website cannot be returned to a match retailer under any circumstances; the items must be returned directly to match following the procedures outlined herein.

order cancellation

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact match customer service at 201 792 5444, Monday-Friday, 9-5 Eastern.

Orders for custom engraved items cannot be cancelled or returned. Please take special care with custom engraving orders as these items are non-returnable or refundable.
