Brixia is the original Roman name for Brescia, where MATCH is made. This gorgeous 100% Italian pewter tureen becomes the main focal point of any table or buffet, turning any meal into a special occasion.

Please Note: This tureen is not oven-safe. Pewter is a lovely material for serving hot foods, but placing it in an oven, warming drawer or on a stove top will transform this tureen from beauty into misshapen beast.

Care Instructions

Pewter Tarnishes very slowly and requires almost no maintenance.  Should you want to polish your pewter, almost any metal polish will do.  Read the container before you purchase.  MATCH Pewter does not contain lead and is completely food safe.  To clean your pewter after using it to serve food, hand wash in warm water using a liquid dish soap.  Dry the pewter completely.  Pewter is NOT microwave or oven safe.
