Finely serrated to slice through tomatoes or thick-skinned fruit with ease, this Berti tomato knife features a full tang steel blade and a Cornotech handle which has the look of classic Ox horn but with added durability. Part of the "Insieme" system, it comes secured in a magnetized wood block that interlocks with the rest of the collection for your own customizable storage system. Available with or without block.

Wipe knife block clean with a damp cloth—mild detergent can be used if necessary. Do not submerge the wooden block in water or place under running water. Complete care instructions.
